(All this should give you a feeling of your right leg coiling up with power) Downswing is natural....meaning what you do on your backswing will just uncoil on the downswing. Feel the transfer of weight from right to left as you swing down. No offense intended here, but if your practice swing is the same as your full swing, you'll be the first golfer in the history of the world to be able to say that.
The ultimate goal for most golfers is to drive the ball longer and straighter. Although it's the short game that will allow them to improve their scores, most golfers are driven by hitting drives longer than their playing partners. Good timing is not easily taught, and it depends on a golfer's ability to coordinate his body movements so that every body part works synchronously with all the other body parts involved in the full golf swing. Each individual golfer has to learn how to move his body synchronously in space/time, and this requires practice. The first thing my instructor did with me is tell me to line up and take a few swings. I proceeded to tee it up and ripped off a few drives. If you leak the ball a little bit right or a little left it won’t kill you on the golf course, if you’re dead slicing it to the right well that’s a different story and you may want to go talk to you local PGA Professional or take a look at a good Golf Training Aid in the Official Golf-Newz Directory of all things golf!

As you can see by the correct impact position shown, my hips are open, my weight has transferred to my forward foot, and my rear shoulder is considerably lower than my forward shoulder.
Since most of your tee shots will be hit with the driver, it is helpful to review some of the main mechanical points of swinging that particular club. The mechanics you use to hit a driver don't need to change drastically to apply to the rest of your clubs, but they will be modified slightly. I struggle to hit a consistent draw, and a lot of the holes on my golf course are shaped right to left, which require a draw shot. I try rolling my wrist at the bottom of my swing to hit the draw. If the drive is more than 10 yards on either side of the target flag or is 10 yards short of the target, deduct 1 point. However, if it is within your acceptable 10 yard convergence, add 1 point.

I try rolling my wrist at the bottom of my swing to hit the draw. I pretty much hit everything in the center part of my stance and back from there depending on the club. Turns out I needed to move the ball up more. Even if you think you're replicating the exact swing, chances are you're not. It's just the science of our golf swings. The path of the club needs to travel to the right of where the club face is aimed at impact, in order for the golf ball to curve back to our target, which is at twelve o’clock. That is why I counsel players to never aim the ball off the golf course. The rough is ok...even a fairway bunker is fine. Mickelson had another interesting rules issue at The Greenbrier. In the final round, he tapped down some long fescue in front of the seventh tee box – apparently, he was working on a few low, stinger shots off the tee for the next two weeks on links course. The Callaway Hex Chrome is also very economical. A box of twelve balls retails for about 25 bucks but I often find them for a few dollars less.
An extra 30 yards is definitely a pretty solid improvement, but I guess I was hoping for a bit more out of the ball. It says it has “28% lower core compression” which is supposed to create less spin and further distance on each shot. The clubface doesn’t travel on a straight line but instead it travels around our body in a circular motion. The flight and direction of the circular club head path determines the type of swing plane.
